Big Ben's 100 Best Touchdown Passes: 75-51

The hits just keep on coming! And thankfully for Ben, this isn’t a countdown of the hardest hits and sacks he’s sustained in his career. Rather, this is a countdown of some of the greatest moments in a career as chock-full of finesse and precision as it is guts, grit and determination.

As we continue onto part two of our countdown, touchdowns 75-51, we find the touchdowns grow more impressive, whether they cover more ground through the air or occur in big-game situations. But as I note in the video, most of these plays occur at least a decade ago, a trend that will continue as we progress into the coming weeks, counting down touchdowns 50-1. This shouldn’t come as much surprise however. Big Ben’s glory days were well behind him even prior to the 2021 season. If anything, I hope the youthful Ben Roethlisberger we cover here will remind you of your own favorite Steelers memories over Ben’s heyday as Pittsburgh’s franchise quarterback.

I have plenty of Steelers memories of my own to divulge in this video, from the time I got heckled briefly by a Jets fan at Heinz Field in 2012 to the many games I’ve seen in person with my dad. There’s something special about this city and it’s connection to good football, whether you watch it with a small gathering or at a venue as big as Heinz Field. Ben’s the primary reason to thank for the resurgence of championship-caliber play for the better part of a quarter-century, and we too have him to thank for the memories.
