Zach Banner: "I'm Working to Make a Comeback"

In September of 2020, Steelers offensive lineman Zach Banner was "reporting eligible," for much more than just 20% of crowd-roaring reps. After years of hard work, patience, and perseverance - Banner was entrenched as the starting right-tackle for the black and gold.

Unfortunately for Banner, that was snatched from him rapidly, as he went down with a grueling injury in Week 1 against the New York Giants and was later diagnosed with a torn ACL. His next few years as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers were tumultuous, as he never recovered physically.

In this exclusive interview, Banner opens up about some of the challenges of recovering mentally from the set-back, as well. He discusses where he's currently at in his recovery, his love and passion for the city of Pittsburgh - and what's next for him. Could a return to the NFL be in store?
